L-atitude customers have 15 days upon receipt of your order to return purchased items free of charge. Returned items must be unused and have all tags still attached. We will not accept return requests for all accessory items including but not limited to: bags (totes, clutches etc.), jewelry, belts, hats, stationary, intimates, and scarves.

exchange policy

L-atitude customers have 15 days upon receipt of your order to exchange an item free of charge. Shipping is free for one size exchange per purchased item. We can only exchange an item for a different size of the same style and will not accept exchange requests for all accessory items including but not limited to: bags (totes, clutches etc.), jewelry, belts, hats, stationary, intimates, and scarves.
